SEXUALITY: Heterosexual
NATIONALITY: English/American

STYLE AND APPEARANCE
HAIR COLOUR AND STYLE: Long red hair, often straight down her back.
EYE COLOUR: Green

PIERCINGS: One in each earlobe

ANYTHING ELSE: Nope.
OVERALL APPEARANCE: Isolda is a very practical girl. She knows what she needs to look like to suit a situation, and she will often be very practical about what she goes around wearing. That being said, she has her days when she likes to dress up and be the center of attention, and no one can really blame her, since she has gone through life getting attention. Perhaps because of the way she has had to act over the years, Isolda holds herself very well. She respects herself as a person and anyone looking at her can see her confidence in her posture. Most of how she is today can be put down to her father, and her experiences from travels over the years.
You could possibly say she’s quite exotic in the way she dresses, having picked up a lot of clothes on her travels, whether through gifts or her own hard work and money. She is quite feminine in the way she dresses, considering the world she lives in. She tends to live by the rule that if she looks good, then she will be successful in life. She tends to use her ideals a lot getting odd-jobs around the Safelands as much as she can. For the most part though, Isolda’s personality tends to show a lot in the way she looks. She is well-travelled, and an actress at heart and it really comes across. You would never catch her slouching, or acting less than perfect because it is the façade she keeps up. The only time you may see her like this is if you manage to break through her ice wall and get close to her. Then and only then may you see the real Isolda.
She always seems alert, and intently analysing her surroundings, more because she is not one to like being caught off guard. She will always seem very analytical when you first meet her, often trying to work out what kind of person you are. Overall though, she likes to be comfortable in the way she dresses, because she finds that when she is comfortable, then she is confident. It is after all, her confidence that she has based most of her early life on, and it means a lot to her. It is not often that you will find her in anything other than what she wants to wear, and she will do a lot of persuading to get clothes that she likes.

OVERALL PERSONALITY: The first thing about Isolda is that she is all for herself. She does things for her own good, and quite often doesn’t have a care for anyone else around her. She learned very early on that she could go far by manipulating her way into money, fame and whatever else struck her fancy. She learned all she knows from her father, who maintains to be the only person other than her old babysitter, that she has really formed a real emotional attachment too. She would say, if she was asked, that it was her mother’s constant working and almost neglect that caused her to be this way, but she holds a very uncaring attitude about the world. She works for herself, and no one else, and she will work hard for something that she wants. She is a good pretender, and always has been, and is very good at persuasion as long as the person in question is willing enough to believe the façade she portrays. She rarely lets her façade slip though, and is quite often the picture of innocence when she’s in public. Those that meet her would perhaps be drawn to her innocence, and the constant smile that she had made a permanent feature of her façade.
It’s all a means to an end though with Isolda. She is a great planner, and is organised in everything she does. She would never do anything without planning it out completely first. She isn’t reckless in the slightest. In fact, she has come to see recklessness as a weakness in the people she meets. She is though, a rather calm person. She isn’t quick to anger by any means, and tends to think a calm demeanour will get her by better than an angry one will. She is generally an open person when it comes to the people she will integrate with and she will often go above and beyond to gain their trust. Perhaps one way to describe her is that she needs to be needed. She craves attention and fame. And if she had nothing else, she would want attention. She is a very material person in a way because she was raised to believe that if you have money, you have everything, and it is doubtful that anything will ever change that.
For most of her life Isolda has been known for being incredibly bold. She’s a girl who lives for knowing lots of people, getting into new situations. She has also been known to be quite blunt when she can see that the situation isn’t working out for her. She doesn’t sugar coat things. Though she’s not a particularly sensitive person. She doesn’t get offended easily and rarely ever gets her feelings hurt. Over the years, she had developed a tough exterior, thanks to her father making her believe that emotions would make her week. Isolda is also very passionate about the things that she believes in, most of them include finding her father, getting rid of these zombies for good, She has even made plans of just how they could get rid of the zombies, though she hasn’t told anyone yet. Isolda will do everything in her power to make sure that she gets her own way. She isn't too serious either she may not party as much as she used to but that doesn't mean she doesn't still know how to.

COMPLETE HISTORY: It began with Joseph Bennett, who worked his way across Europe as a conman in the early 1970’s. Swindling people out of their money, their fame and whatever else he fancied from them, Joseph lived the high life in his travels, using his charm to his advantage. Born Jonathan Kane, Joseph changed his identity many times over the years to avoid capture and never planned on settling down at all. Until he met Jennifer Dubois, a waitress in London, on one of his all expenses paid trips to England. It was love at first site for Joseph, who set about gaining Jennifer’s attention as much as he could. And one day, after the two had been together for a good few months, news of Jennifer’s pregnancy came to Joseph’s ears. As a man who had no plans on settling down to start a family, of course the news worried him, and perhaps his greatest regret was running away from the woman he loved because he wasn’t ready for a child. And that child was born, some months later, and was given the name Mary Bennett. Her father’s surname, because Jennifer still held out hope that Joseph would come back.
Until then, Jennifer raised her daughter in London, in a little apartment out of the way of almost everything, and life was hard for them both. With Jennifer working as a waitress all the time to keep the apartment paid for, Mary hardly ever saw her mother since she was asleep when she came home from work. So, it was safe to say that over the years, Mary was closer to her babysitter than her own mother. A girl from across the street, Darla Meadows was only seventeen when she began babysitting then three year old Mary, and the two became very close over the years, eventually becoming somewhat akin to sisters as Mary grew up. When Mary turned ten, her father returned to London, and feeling no particular attachment to her mother, was curious with this man who was apparently her father. Joseph stayed in London for a time, spending more time with Mary than Jennifer did. Of course, this made Jennifer jealous at the thought that Joseph might be taking her daughter away.
Joseph swore he would do nothing of the sort, but it was Mary that asked him to continue visiting as much as he could. And it was Mary that decided she preferred her father over her mother after his tales of his exploits. And even when she attended school, her father would visit her every summer at their home, and as she grew older, she asked that he spend time with her when she was at Hogwarts as well. And soon, the stories turned to lessons, and Mary began to learn her father’s ways even at a young age. The moment she showed an interest in her father’s work, he maintained that she was born to follow in his footstep, for Joseph never really did hold any fear of punishment for his deeds. If he was in danger of being caught, he would change his name, assume another identity. And for a time, Joseph became Maxwell, after a particularly close shave with the police. It was after she graduated school though, that her life really began, and she travelled to mainland Europe where she, under the name of Mary Rosier, helped her father with his plans. Because even though it was widely known that Mary struggled with attachments and relationships, there was something between her and her father that allowed her to travel with him for so long.
She learned all she could from him, his tricks, his knowledge, and she became very good at what she did. And this carried on, for a good few years, Mary going through many names to keep her identity secret. When she was twenty, her identity was almost discovered, and Lucy James became a wanted name in many parts of Eastern Europe and beyond. Knowing that there was no way she could stay in mainland Europe any longer, Mary became Isolda Parker, someone completely new, and settled back in London where she had grown up over the years. And for a time, her life was quiet. She didn’t draw any attention to herself and the name Lucy James was almost forgotten. With her new identity, Isolda found herself comfortable in her life as it was. But she couldn’t keep up her quiet life for long, because she lived off the adrenaline too much, and it began as most things did with her. Small…and testing the waters. And learning from her experience when she was younger, Isolda got better at what she did, never once being recognized by anyone who could hand her in, and over the years, she simply faded into the background.
To all intents and purposes, she secured her future with the skills her father had taught her, and it was perhaps her ability to be uncaring towards the people that she conned, that helped her through life. She hardly saw her father for a few years though, after hearing news that he was laying low in Africa after the police had been on his tail for years. When news reached her of his incarceration, Isolda swore never to be caught like he was. And doubled her efforts to maintain the good girl attitude she had brought up so well. When the outbreak began, Isolda was hiding within the walls of the safe zone, and refused to endanger her life by stepping out of it. She currently lives in the safezone, leading a relatively quiet life doing odd jobs around the place, using her old tricks to get what she wants. Though she is always looking for whenever fate might open up a new opportunity for her to make something new of herself. She seems to all intents, quite calm about the outbreak, comfortable in her life within the walls of the safezone.

ROLEPLAY SAMPLE:
You know that feeling you get at the start of a new year? That kind of weird feeling in the bottom of your stomach like you don’t quite know what to do with yourself. No? Well, that was the kind of feeling that Rory had right now. At the start of a new year and it wasn’t even like it was her first year, but it was the year she had actually agreed to stay at school like her parents had asked her to. It was odd, she supposed, that this time last month she had been thinking of giving it all up and moving abroad. And she was sure that she was never going to tell Liam that, because goodness knows what he would say to her consideration of leaving. No…she didn’t even want to think about what Liam would say. Because she was more than sure that she would never hear the end of it. He would tease her beyond reason for considering leaving. So…it was decided, she wasn’t telling Liam. Not in the sense that she was going to be mean and not tell him, because Rory wasn’t mean. She just wasn’t sure she wanted the teasing…though in all honesty, she teased Liam all the time about things so…nope, she wasn’t even thinking about it. He didn’t need to know. It would make him sad if she knew she had even considered it, of that she was sure. It was certainly odd walking through the corridors of Hogwarts after knowing that she had almost left this place, and now she was back, she felt an undying sense of belonging. That even though she found herself not wanting to keep studying subjects that she would never use, she belonged here at school. As much as she chose to try and deny it.
And could she really have gone all the way out there into the big wide world and left Liam…she honestly couldn’t see it happening. She cared about that boy too much. And yes, she pointed out on regular occasions that he was in fact younger than her, even if it only was by a few months. And probably more than anything her parents had said to her, she realized that if she left, then Liam would miss her. And she would miss him. She supposed that was what best friends were for, in a way. Liam was able to ground her like no one else had been able to. Because she was sure that she would have been rather…unique, or more than she was if she hadn’t met him. That’s not to say she wasn’t still that way, because she was sure Liam knew she was rather…odd. Though he would never say it. She knew they were an odd pair really, but the two of them had been friends since the beginning of school. First lesson, if she remembered right. Donohue and Cole had been together in the register, so they had sat next to each other. And from there, they had just become friends, it was almost like they had just become best friends. Rory had always been the more outgoing of the two, but Liam had never seemed to mind too much. But she had to admit that she had calmed down over the past few years, possibly because she was actually integrating with people other than her family all the time. Well…her family wasn’t a bad thing, of course. Just that she learned to calm down a little while she was at school. That was the good thing about it.
As it happened, she hadn’t actually had a chance to really sit down and talk to Liam yet because of all the talk of OWLs and introductions at the start of the year. Sure, they had seen each other in class, but how was she actually meant to actually talk to him if she had professors breathing down her neck all the time about how to properly revise and why she needed to come to every single lesson. So the moment she had got done with classes today, she had asked Liam come down to one of the courtyards to see her. Because that was the issue with being in other houses, they couldn’t exactly go to one of the common rooms. Hufflepuff’s not allowed in Ravenclaw Tower and vice versa. So the courtyard would have to do, she supposed, until they both graduated and they could spend time together wherever they wanted. But OWLs first and all that, and then NEWTs, and she was sure that by the time they were over, she would be just about ready to bolt from school. Oh well…it was only three more years, she could deal with it, she supposed. It wasn’t too bad. And when she actually applied herself, it wasn’t even that hard. That was why she was a Ravenclaw after all. She could do it, when she put her mind to it, it was just…hard. Well, she was doing this now, so she supposed she had to just go with it. On reaching the courtyard, she found their little spot, the one they almost named as their own back in first year, settling down on the grass to wait for Liam, though she wasn’t sure how long she would have to wait for him, she did always seem to be the first one there for everything.
